The Town PeddlerŽ Craft And Antique Mall invites you to participate in the exciting and strong Southeast Michigan Craft and Antique market. Our Livonia, MI location's positive attributes translate into more customers: easy access, excellent parking, large traffic counts, and large population totals. This location has been operating since 1993 and has a huge customer base; in fact, our flagship Livonia location (the first of its kind in Michigan) has the best sales performance among craft/antique malls in the Midwest, and is one of the top 10 craft mall locations in the country in sales, which annually exceed $2.5 million!

We collect and distribute all sales taxes.
We pay you monthly for your sales: our dealer's checks have ALWAYS been ready ON TIME!

to offer this convenient, free service to our dealers!
We have a full-time Antique Specialist on staff to service the special needs of antique and collectible dealers.
What You Do:
Booth fees are due on the 1st of each month, payable by cash, check or convenient Automatic Electronic Debit.
A deposit is required to obtain a booth space.
All dealers are required to follow The Town PeddlerŽ policies, rules, and regulations.

Booth Sizes and Rental Rates
Rates range between $60 and $300 per month, plus a 10% surcharge on all sales. The
national average is 11-12%, and some craft/antique malls in our local area even charge as much as 20%, which may cost you several hundreds of extra $$$$$ per year!!
Sizes range from 1x2 to 6x8 (all dimensions are approximate).
